Want to be able to tank, heal, or grind more efficiently? Charms are some of the most useful items that you will encounter in all of PWI! Each Charm has a "reservoir" of either HP or MP, and it draws from this reservoir to replenish your character's HP or MP bars. Guardian Charms replenish your HP bar to 100% anytime it falls below 50% (10 second cooldown). Spirit Charms replenish your MP bar to 100% anytime it falls below 75% (5 second cooldown)
Dragon Orb Ocean (50% off and in the Boutique for a limited time!)
Dragon Orb Ocean is a powerful item that only the most hardcore and players and merchants need consider-- This limited-time, ultra rare orb has a 100% chance to successfully increase an item's refinement level by 1, with the maximum refinement level at +10! This means that it can be used once before being consumed, and can refine an item from +2 to +3, from +7 to +8, or from +9 to +10 (remember, it can only be used for one of these)!
The Ocean will be sold individually, and in 5-pack bundles at a bigger discount. Plus, for one week, if you buy a 5-pack, you will receive a Bonus Item - see below!
Bonus Item: Demon/Sage Event Card - This item will be sent to your character for every 5-pack of Oceans purchased from 11/16 at 12pm PST until 11/23 at 9am PST!

Demon/Sage Event Card
Looking for some flexibility? Look no further than the Demon/Sage Event Card, which provides 50 Event Gold. This currency can be spent in the Event Boutique, accessible by pressing the “Event” button after opening the Boutique. Here players can purchase great items like charms, fashion, and flying mounts!

For a look at the difference in power that you can expect to see, here are some examples of refined vs. unrefined gear. Please keep in mind that, in general, higher grade gear will experience a larger bonus effect from refinement than lower grade gear.
